Trust is it an issue or just an Insecurity?

Trust does every couple married,engaged,dating have this issue?  It seems that this topic comes up for discussion a lot. If you have trust issues you are insecure within yourself. Does anyone really believe everyone has that problem?  Here is an example, a man is on the internet and writes women he is not involved with. Is that an issue for some people? I mean he is not hurting anyone and his significant other he is not cheating on her. What is the big deal?    
      It is a problem if she/he does not appreciate it. If the person expresses their dislike for what he/she is doing and does not care is that still a trust issue?  No it is not!!!!!  If you love that person enough you will not hurt them in that way or any other way.  Insecurity goes to a whole other level and that has complete and utter distrust for that person.    Depending on what that couple is going through at that time determines trust or pure insecurity. I you trust then you have no doubt in your mind that they are doing you wrong.
